Full description
We will meet at the VIP OFFICE at 6:30 AM. We’ll have a short briefing, and we’ll offer you a light and delicious breakfast so you can start the day with energy. Then, we’ll walk to the pier, where our boat will be waiting for us to begin our journey in search of the whale sharks. The ride will take between one and two hours. Along the way, we may encounter different species such as giant manta rays, dolphins, or turtles.
Once we arrive in the area, we will search for and swim alongside the whale sharks in groups of two people plus the guide, for safety reasons and to ensure you have the best possible experience. If conditions allow, you will have two opportunities to swim.
On the way back, we will stop near Cabo Catoche to snorkel at the “Cuevones” reef, where we may spot sea turtles, nurse sharks, lobsters, squid, octopus, and a variety of reef fish. During the trip, we’ll prepare the freshest ceviche you’ve ever tasted.
Finally, we will head to Santa Paula, where we can stretch our legs, enjoy a relaxing swim, and have our ceviche. From there, we’ll have a 45-minute ride back to Holbox.
